Founder Nik began his career as an educator. Long before opening the doors, his passion was sharing knowledge—breaking down the science behind color, elevating technique, and helping artists see what was possible when they committed to mastery. Alchemy was created as a natural extension of that calling: a space where education lives inside the culture, not outside of it. A salon where artists are continuously learning, challenging themselves, and raising the standard together.

His business partner, Aeryn, brings over twenty years of experience inside salon culture. Her devotion has always centered around the guest experience—the feeling you carry with you when you leave. For her, excellence is not only in the formula or the finish. It’s in how a space holds you. How conversations unfold. How you walk out feeling refilled, refreshed, and better than when you arrived.
