"The refinery"
OUR TRAINING PROGRAM
The Refinery is our 9-week intensive training program designed to give you the tools, structure, and confidence to grow with intention.
You’ll learn how to lead a proper consultation, deliver a true golden experience, refine foil placement and formulation, and understand color beyond the label, learning how to use what’s in the tube, not just what’s on it.
The program also covers marketing yourself, building your business alongside the salon, and developing habits that support long-term success.
