CANCELLATION, CONFIRMATION & NO-SHOW POLICY

We get it—life happens. To help keep things running smoothly, we ask that all reservations be confirmed at least 48 hours in advance.

Reservations that are not confirmed within 48 hours are subject to cancellation.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice.

Guests who arrive more than 15 minutes late without communication are considered a no-show.
No-call, no-shows will be charged 50% and may require a deposit for future reservations.

Deposits may also apply to corrective services or repeated short-notice changes.
 

Our cancellation policy goes both ways. If we ever need to reschedule or cancel your reservation on short notice, we’ll do everything we can to accommodate you the same day or find an alternative that works best for your schedule. Your time matters to us, too.

COLOR FEE
To ensure fair & accurate pricing, we use a color tracking system that measures the exact amount of product used during your service. This allows us to tailor costs to your specific needs and service.

COLOR ADJUSTMENTS POLICY
At Alchemy Color Lab, honesty and authenticity are core to who we are. We value open communication and encourage you to let us know in the moment if something feels off—we’re here to listen and make it right.

While we do not issue refunds for services, we proudly stand behind our work when recommended products are used to support and maintain your color at home.

If you’re unsatisfied with your results, please contact leadership within 5 days of your reservation so we can assess and, if needed, provide a complimentary adjustment. These adjustments are meant to address technical concerns—not a change of heart on color direction or style.

All adjustments must be completed within 10 days of the original reservation. After that window, additional fees may apply.

We proudly use L’ANZA products—tried, true, & crafted with values that align perfectly with ours. Your satisfaction means everything, so if a product isn’t the right fit, return it within 7 days for an exchange. Please note, refunds aren’t offered, & all brushes & styling tools are final sale.

We value the health and safety of our staff, guests, and community. To maintain a safe environment for all, we reserve the right to cancel reservations if any situation threatens this commitment.

If you arrive feeling unwell, we kindly ask that you reschedule your reservation to protect everyone’s wellbeing. Likewise, if unforeseen circumstances arise on our end, we will do our best to promptly reschedule and accommodate your needs.
