PRODUCT SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
We stand behind the quality of our products and your satisfaction is our top priority. Return your product within 7 days of purchase and we will exchange it for another product to best fit your needs.Please note that we do not offer refunds. All brushes, and styling tools are final sale.
TIMELY ARRIVAL
We ask that guests arrive 5 mins early to the appointment. Due to a full schedule, it may not be possible to complete your full service if you arrive late. Arriving more than 15 minutes late could result in a reduction of services or re-booking your appointment for a different time in which would result in the loss of deposit. If your artist is running behind more than 15 mins every effort will be made to correct the experience.


RESERVATION DEPOSITS
Your reservations are important to us at Alchemy Color Lab. They're exclusively reserved for you, & we truly value your time as well as that of our Artists. A 20% deposit will be required for appointments booked online. We get it—life can throw curveballs. So, kindly provide us with at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. This time is precious & it helps us serve you better.

Late cancellations, less than 48 hours in advance, will result in a loss of deposit. No shows incur a $100 charge to the card on file, along with the deposit loss. We're here to accommodate you, with the more notice you can give us, the better we can assist you. Enforcing this policy ensures we can offer reservation slots to our waitlisted guests & maintain our schedules to serve everyone at Alchemy Color Lab effectively.Thank you for your understanding & support of our policy.
CHANGE OR CANCELLATION
A minimum of 48 hours notice is required for changing or cancelling appointments. A cancelation within 48 hours of appointment will result in loss of deposit. In the case of an emergent cancellation on the salons behalf , every effort to accommodate the experience same day will be made. Please contact our desk 248-629-7568 for more questions.

LASH POLICY
​To ensure the best results, fills must be scheduled within 3 weeks of your last appointment; otherwise, a full set will be required. We kindly ask that you have at least 45% of your lashes remaining for fills. Please arrive with clean lashes, as lash baths incur an additional $15 fee. To prepare for your appointment, please refrain from wearing makeup, ensure your lashes are clean, arrive on time, and avoid caffeine and heavy meals. Additionally, a signed consent form is required for all guests.

COLOR ADJUSTMENTS POLICY
We want you to love your experience with us here at Alchemy Color Lab. We believe in an open, honest conversation between our guests and our team. We do not offer refunds on services, but guarantee all of our services when you purchase the recommended product regimens to maintain your look at home. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, please let leadership know within 5 days of your service so we have the opportunity to make adjustments where necessary. Color adjustment services must be completed within 10 days of original service or extra fee will apply. Please contact leadership at 248-629-7568 for more questions.
COLOR USAGE FEE
We have partnered with a data collection company to measure our color usage down to the drop. This has allowed us to accurately measure and charge for amount of color used for each individual guest.
SALON DISCRETION
As an inclusive space our priority will continue to be safety and security at Alchemy Color Lab. All appointments are subject to cancellation at the salons discretion if a situation is to arise. In the event of an illness related reason Alchemy Color Lab reserves the right to reschedule any appointments necessary but will make our best effort to accommodate.
